Hi, I disabled the PIN login, but now it keeps asking for a password. I unchecked the box after doing the netplswiz command, but that did work to shut off password requirement.
How do I turn off PIN login on Windows 11?
When I go to the "remove pin", the button is grayed out. I contacted HP tech support & they said that's a software issue. I was able to turn it off in Win 10, but when I rec'd my new laptop that was supposed to have Win 10 installed, it turned out to be Win 11. Anyone have a fix?

I understand that you would like to remove your Windows entry PIN.
Please follow the procedure below to remove it.
- Press Windows+I to open the Configure window;
- Select the option Accounts;
- Select in the left column the option "Input Options";
- In the window on the right, scroll down to the option "Require Windows Hello Sign In for Microsoft Accounts" and set the button to "Disabled";
- Go up to the option "Windows Hello PIN", click "Remove", and confirm once more;
- Enter your Microsoft account password in the next window and confirm.
I await news.
