Crash Dump File may give himt of Game crashing?

Hello, I was told to pot these results here from WinDbg. My game keeps freezing and or closing. 3 other family members with separate logins also play the same game but have no issues.

If anyone has any insight it would be greatly appreciated.

It looks good.

Run WDV with the current customized tests for approximately 36 hours.

If there are no BSOD during this time period then that will complete the testing.

The tool can be turned off.

You can continue using Microsoft defender or reinstall Bitdefender.

Also the software that had been uninstalled can be reinstalled once you're comfortable with the computer stability.

Generally several days of computer stability is sufficient.

It reports many of the events seen in the event viewer and it has a chart to follow trends over time.

Thanks, Dave, but I do not have a Minidump file within windows.
I've done a search but no results.

That does seem off to me though....

- Because others are still able to play the game, the problem could be a corrupt save. Especially if the game locks up in
or very near the same area, or while loading a save. If the game has more than one save point available, try using an older save to

verify if the current save is corrupt.
- Or... you User account may have been corrupted. I've never done this 'repair' trick myself, but it is often recommended.

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Please upload any minidump files you have, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.

Open Windows File Explorer.

Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.

Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you.
