Random keys act like they're stuck even though they're physically not

I just bought a brand-new laptop a couple of weeks ago with Windows 11 on it but from day 1 I've been having issues with the keyboard. For example, if I hold down the down arrow button or W key too long sometimes, the window start button activates. If I'm casually typing or scrolling on the web, sometimes either shift, ctrl, windows, or fn key (I haven't been able to verify which ones specifically are the issue but it looks like it's different ones at different times) acts like it's stuck so if I click on something, the computer thinks I'm holding down the shift, windows, etc. key + whatever key I pressed. Sometimes I can't even type anything because of this.

If I lock myself out of my account and then log myself back in, it goes away temporarily so the problem only happens when I'm logged in because the keyboard never does this on the sign in screen. Even if I use an external keyboard or even the on-screen one, it still does the exact same thing so it seems to me it's a software issue and not a hardware one. I've tried updating the keyboard drivers and mouse drivers and uninstalling and reinstalling them. I turned off sticky keys and all that but still nothing. The keyboard troubleshooter has found no issue either. Would appreciate any help with this.

Keys stay pressed for me on dock 2 and surface pro 8 on Win 11 Pro even though I lift my fingers off the key or some keys press randomly on their own even though they arent pressed or they dont respond at all when im pressed. Microsoft has released some buggy update I imagine. Im on a Razer gaming keyboard so its similar to the Logitech G keyboards. Razer went through unimaginable amount of types of troubleshooting steps me losing hours of my time and then they said to factory erase my new system which would have lost rona of setups. I said Im not factory restoring. Bluetooth keyboard is a workaround, so I bought a temp Bluetooth keyboard since its a USB keyboards issue. So frustrating because I need high performance keyboard at end of tax time in Australia and the most important piece of equipment is gone wako. Keyboards possessed by medichlorians or gremlins. Microsoft needs to fix this asap since it seems to be across various USB keyboards and fire the fire that rolled out an update thats affected keyboards.

I'm in the exact same boat:

Old logitech keyboard that's been flawless for years

New surface Laptop studio and dock 2

    Weird keyboard repeating.

Yeah, I've got an old logitech G710+ that's always worked great. Getting the random key stuck item all the time though on a new Surface Laptop Studio with Dock 2. Seems like its either an issue with the OS, or something to do with the dock itself. Very frustrating as it's 100% something on Microsofts side (the software and hardware all come from them, and they keyboard still works fine elsewhere), but it's proving very hard to isolate what is causing the issue and Microsoft's support teams are always some of the least useful on the planet.

I have Razer Huntsman Elite keyboard - it worked perfectly in Win 10 Pro and I just switched to Win 11 Pro surface pro 8 tablet with surface dock 2 and Alogic USB hub with 10 ports- same exact problems as everyone is doing deeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeebing (example of the stuck keys). THANKS for selling another lemon OS Microsoft, your improving on getting more lemony. Spending another 150 bucks to buy Surface Sculpt Ergonomic keybaord to hopefully have something compatible with the hardware. Im not holding my breath.

To add I just plugged in a Bluetooth keybaord and it has none of the issues - so its USB drivers and USB generic driver issues on Microosft end since recent updates in Win 11 Pro or win 11.
