Random keys act like they're stuck even though they're physically not

I just bought a brand-new laptop a couple of weeks ago with Windows 11 on it but from day 1 I've been having issues with the keyboard. For example, if I hold down the down arrow button or W key too long sometimes, the window start button activates. If I'm casually typing or scrolling on the web, sometimes either shift, ctrl, windows, or fn key (I haven't been able to verify which ones specifically are the issue but it looks like it's different ones at different times) acts like it's stuck so if I click on something, the computer thinks I'm holding down the shift, windows, etc. key + whatever key I pressed. Sometimes I can't even type anything because of this.

If I lock myself out of my account and then log myself back in, it goes away temporarily so the problem only happens when I'm logged in because the keyboard never does this on the sign in screen. Even if I use an external keyboard or even the on-screen one, it still does the exact same thing so it seems to me it's a software issue and not a hardware one. I've tried updating the keyboard drivers and mouse drivers and uninstalling and reinstalling them. I turned off sticky keys and all that but still nothing. The keyboard troubleshooter has found no issue either. Would appreciate any help with this.

    I have been plagued with this since receiving my new laptop with Windows 11. It was making the computer unusable as it would be keys, or key combos causing all kinds of windows to open, virtual desktops. The only way to get it to stop a few times was to hard power off via power button. I went into the keyboard accessibility and disabled all I could in there for sticky keys, and other items. I then went into the device manager and removed all HID keyboard items, including the default PS2/keyboard entry that was there. I had Razer drivers installed for the external keyboard/mouse. Everything was removed, the computer was rescanned/Refreshed, and the HID keyboard devices popped up. I made sure all Razer software was removed, too. then rebooted. the standard PS2 keyboard came back, and since this, so far, so good. I am not sure how long this will last, but so far, so good.

    Same problem with my Windows 11 HP Omen ( bought new Oct 2022), it happens with Alt, Ctrl, Shift and even Space key while I am working on digital illustrations and even got stuck on the A key while playing a game so my character kept running left. The mouse still works but it doesn't react to any other key I press after that until I reboot my laptop.

    Just started having this issue in the last few day on my Legion laptop. For some reason when I take the laptop out of sleep mode and log in it starts spamming the numpad 8 and it seems the only way to stop it is to restart the laptop. It only happens after logging in to windows 11 on the login page it doesn't seem to happen. I have taken the key off and checked all around it to make sure there is nothing stuck in it and it is completely clean, this is clearly some kind of issue with windows 11 itself.

    I feel like the problem with my PC gets worse when the overall temperature rises. Haven't really been connecting dots with any other things, like programs running or anything, but once it starts it happens very often until the next restart.

    Anyone out there with a real solution yet? a patch or fix tool to apply?

    Happened again with the backspace key , had to press redo buttons about 40 times to get my work back.

    This is really going to cause some problems if this persists.

    (If I am not able to press redo more times and lose my work,,,,, it would be extremely annoyyyyyyyyyying)
