Hi Stef, from what I could tell reading about those two versions, they are variations of Windows Enterprise, so I don't think they apply in this case. Please seel my earlier reply to Greg Carmack for details on my current Windows version info. Thanks.
They are for Enterprise, but it will be worth a try. Make sure to make a system restore point, search "System Protection" and make one. If you can't make one, go into Configure (make sure C: is selected/the drive where Windows is installed) and give it at least 30GB. After that try going for the LTSB version. It installs the Store and its services.
Or you can try downloading Windows 10 again (I assume it was installed in English) Download (the link is available for 24H). After you download that version of Windows, go double-click it, and run setup.exe. Let it download the required updates and continue. Then accept the License Agreement and then when it says what to keep, check Nothing, so it will fresh install.
Also, another question: are you using a Microsoft Account? And if yes, is it personal or work account? Work accounts have rules when connected to a Windows computer that the OS will run. The administrator, if you use a work account, may have blocked Microsoft Store. Try making a local user with no Microsoft account and check for the Microsoft Store.
