Sir when i updated and scanned again the results were not the same its now this. What does it mean?

We are trying to repair broken System Files. If they cannot be fixed by SFC then the next step is to run a Repair Install to reinstall WIndows while keeping your files, apps and most settings in place. It doesn't matter whether you're at the latest version or not, it is being done to reinstall the System Files. The only other way to do this is a Clean Install, but that requires backing everything up and wiping the drive before reinstall, then afterwards reinstalling all your apps and settings.

You can also do an automated Reset but if it doesn't offer the Cloud Reset it will use the same broken onboard files to reinstall Windows. That's why the Repair Install is best, because is uses the latest fresh installation files.
