I got this error after i updated my windows, i already run a Bootable device Troubleshoot and do “RebuildBCD” But it says total windows installations: 0 And when i tried to run a “FixBoot” it says “Acces is denied” i would appreciate if anyone can tell me where did it go wrong

The quality updates are the monthly fixes that increase the OS Build number. Feature updates are new versions like 2004, 20H1, 21H2, etc. You'll only be able to uninstall a new version if done within 10 days. Try the quality uninstall first, then the feature, if necessary & available.
So i did the Startup Repair and it immediately fail after few minutes, and im gonna try the Uninstall Update but there is 2 choices, its “Uninstall latest quality update” and “Uninstall latest feature update” which one i should choose?
Click the Advanced Options button which should enter the recovery environment. Then try "Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Repair". That once worked for me when the automatic failed. I really hope that does it. If it fails, I guess next try is "...Uninstall Updates" which should also be there under Advanced Options.

So after i do it, the windows showed this, seems like the restore didnt work is there is anything i can do next?
Yeah, go for the System Restore. It won't delete files. Hopefully, it will undo the update that created the original error you reported. Let us know the result. Good luck.
