This changes nothing as I've always had Waves MaxxAudio runniing at startup.
Headphone Jack not Recognized in Windows 11
My Headphone Jack no longer works after upgrading to Windows 11. It works if I have it plugged in and reboot, but as soon as I unplug it stops until a reboot....it does not automatically detect it

2023-06-17T16:54:06+00:00 Hi Ruskle Manav here,
I had the same issue and I researched about it and it is not a windows issue it's a dell issue
What worked for me:- Go to "Settings"
- Go to "Apps"
- Go to "Startup"
- Turn ON Waves MaxxAudio Service Application
- Restart your computer and plug/unplug/re-plug your headphones: everything should work now.
I am sure this will work 99.99%
If this does not work -
1. Download "dell update" or "dell supportOS" (it's for dell, if you have HP laptop or any other company laptop download their app only" 2. Scan for drivers 3. Install any drivers related to sound and reboot the laptop -
