Microsoft Ergonomic Keyboard stops working randomly (but not the mouse nor number pad)

I have a Microsoft Sculpt ergonomic wireless keyboard for a few months now. I run Windows 11. I did the last update on my computer yesterday and since then the keyboard randomly stops working. I tried using the solutions on this thread https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-hardware/microsoft-sculpt-wireless-keyboard-intermittent/576defc3-634a-4a6a-9793-230dcc447f77 from 2018, but nothing works. It's the same issue : I have to remove the batteries, wait a bit, put them back in and the keyboard works again. When the keyboard doesn't work, the number pad still does as does the mouse. It's my work computer so I don't have all the access for the Command Thing. Right now as I'm typing, the keyboard is randomly activating and de-activating some shortcuts despite me not touching anything but the keys to write.

What do I do ? I've done all the updates, I've run the Hardware & Devices updates/troubleshooting and nothing is helping.

Infos about the computer :

Acer Spin 513-52N, Edition Windows 11 Home, version 21H2, OS build 22000.613 64bits (I'm not sure which infos you need).

Thanks

Mmh it still stops working after a few seconds if I'm not using it, despite all the "Allow the computer to turn off this device..." box being unchecked.

Okay, I went through EVERYTHING related to the keyboard (even the wireless transmitter) in Device Manager to uncheck the "Allow computer to turn off device..." et still nothing. It last a bit longer, but still stops working. Since I don't have the issue with the mouse or the keypad I'm wondering if it'S an issue of the keyboard directly ?

I'Ve checked that my Bluetooth is connected, I've removed every power saving mode, etc. Nothing. And after each change I restart the computer.

Contacted the company. Got a new keyboard. It's been a month and.... it's doing it again.

Did all the same resolutions - nothing. Everything is updated. I'm very annoyed.

I have exactly the same problem. Keyboard stops working after just a few seconds of no use. Works fine until I pause for more than about 30 seconds, then stops working. I then have to remove the batteries. Same behaviour on three different laptops (Lenovo, HP, Microsoft, using W10 and W11).

Would appreciate some advice on this, thanks.

Believe me I feel your pain! I tried EVERYTHING fix this so I thought until I finally rolled back the keyboard and mouse drivers (I have the ergonomic desktop set and the mouse was also lagging) from the device manager. My problem has been resolved since I did this over a month ago. Hope this works for you too friend!
