How do I Ungroup Task Bar Buttons in Windows 11

Hi,

This is driving me mad. Windows 11 Groups Taskbar items and it is killing me, rather than being able to click on the, e.g. browser tab that I want, I now have to hover over Edge and scan all open browsers - it wastes soooo much time.

How can I ungroup Icons like I did with "Never Combine" in Windows 10.

Also - how do I complain officially to Microsoft about this.

ExplorerPatcher, a 3rd party tool that aims to bring the older Windows 10 styled functionality in the Windows 11 Taskbar by just adding DLL files in 3 specific directories of WIndows. Because the older code is still present in Windows 11, by putting the DLL file, the Windows 10 styled taskbar is enabled. Some of the functionalities the developer claims the is restored:

Restores Windows 10 styled taskbar menu.

Restore Windows+X context menu.

Show app list by default in Start menu.

Ability for start menu and search to align left and many more

    I agree the loss of this function is insane. Instead of trying to mess with everything just focus on making it easier for people to use. Everything needs to have a classic view also, so frustrating.

    Yes, and to add on to this comment - This is akin to telling me how to organize my physical desktop space and limiting my use of my property to do my work.

    Imagine ----- if you bought a nice new office desk, but once you bought the desk the manufacturer tells you where you can store your pencils, where the stapler goes, where and how you can organize the papers laying on your desk - Want to spread out your papers NOPE!!, Want to organize some documents so they don't hide all of the rest of the documents NOPE!!, Want to get lost clicking and searching unnecessarily, cutting down on your productivity YUP!! Microsoft: "We're the manufacturer - you're just the dumb customer who's too stupid to know it!!!"

    Are you a microsoft lawyer ??

    Some of us bought their laptops with windows 11 already installed, and we cannot do anything about it.

    So please give a solution or just don't give anything at all.. cuz God loves those who keep silent about things that they don't know about.

    Explorer patcher is blocking the explorer to open after successfull login. So it not helpful.
