Same here, it says STTub30.sys Driver Version 3.0.5.0 is the problem.
Memory integrity forced off "incompatible driver" STTub30.sys (STmicroelectronics)
Recently my memory integrity has been forced off due to an "incompatible driver" preventing the service from running. The incompatible driver in question is from STmicroelectronics driver "STTub30.sys" In my attempt to fix this, I uninstalled this driver and tried windows update to see if my PC would automatically reinstall this driver but no luck. Now when I turn Memory integrity on and restart my PC (as it prompts me to do so) my computer is stuck on the loading up screen, and I must force shutdown my pc and turn it on again in order to use it. I tried finding the specific driver online from the STmicroelectronics website to manually reinstall it but no luck

2022-10-18T00:56:34+00:00 I contacted ST Microelectronics, and they provided me with an updated version of that driver file STTub30.sys (which originates from 2015). I just saved it to the folder where this driver is found on your C:\Windows... folder (just search for the file to find the exact folder). The original file needs to be overwritten. I rebooted, then turned on the Core Isolation (which required another reboot to be effective).
This updated driver file should be available on the website of ST Microelectronics, as I requested to publish it after it worked for me.

2022-10-18T12:57:14+00:00 After creating an account, and you are logged in, you can download the file on the bottom of this search result:
https://community.st.com/s/global-search/sttub30
When not logged in, this "Files" section seems to be missing, and the page only shows community postings above.
The zip file is called: Sttub30-w11-x64
After extracting the contents, I only used the STTub30.sys file to overwrite the existing file in folder:
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\
Then I rebooted, then turned on Core Isolation, which requires a reboot again to be effective.
Good luck!
Patrick.
