Recently my memory integrity has been forced off due to an "incompatible driver" preventing the service from running. The incompatible driver in question is from STmicroelectronics driver "STTub30.sys" In my attempt to fix this, I uninstalled this driver and tried windows update to see if my PC would automatically reinstall this driver but no luck. Now when I turn Memory integrity on and restart my PC (as it prompts me to do so) my computer is stuck on the loading up screen, and I must force shutdown my pc and turn it on again in order to use it. I tried finding the specific driver online from the STmicroelectronics website to manually reinstall it but no luck

I really appreciate your, and everyone else's help with this problem but it's no longer coming up, I did changed to Windows 11pro and no longer have this issue popping up. I will, however, keep all these ideas readily available in case I, or anyone else I know might have this problem. Again, I appreciate everyone's assistance with that issue, it's nice to see so many knowledgeable people come and help others with computer issues.
I tried all of the suggestions listed above with exception of the deleting the OEM 77.Inf file as on my computer, it was a bluetooth driver from intel and not the SStub30.sys driver. I uninstalled Steeleseries GG and the driver in question was still there and the core isolation still could not be turned on. I found the driver on my C drive and contemplated uninstalling it and deleting it, but decided against it as I am not sure as to what piece of hardware this driver is being used for and do not want to uninstall something that could make my system unstable when it is running beautifully at the moment, but for the core isolation. I have tried using another program that should have "disabled" the driver to see if that would work after restarting windows after doing so, but to no availe. I have been all over STMicroelectonics website and can see where others like myself have had this very problem, yet have yet to find a common solution to the problem like an updated driver. Part of me wants to think that my computer might be seeing a false flag that is preventing core isolation from being able to be applied, but I am not sure and short of redoing my operating system and not installing Steelseries software, provided that is the problem, or antiviruses such as Norton or McAfee that could be sending up false flags as well. Is core isolation crucial to have on? Is it detrimental or can a person be ok in todays computing world without having it enabled? Is it worth all the trouble it is causing me trying to find a solution to this problem? Like others on this post have stated, I am very grateful to those of you who have replied and are trying to help me fix this issue and thank you for your time.
It doesn't work. oem77.inf is associated with an XBOX drive (on my computer).
Update: the driver is no longer updated by STMicroelectronics, because at the time it was part of the software for the development of microcontrollers of the STM32 series (a tool called DfuSe), but has been on NRND (Nor Recommended for New Designs) for a long time. This driver should never have been integrated into a production system by MSI.
Please, you guys should take into consideration that removing the file causes the computer hangs on restart.
Update: I've found a reliable solution to this unpleasant issue. All that you guys have to do is rename (and not delete) the driver from STTub30.sys to STSTub30.sys.old and you'll be able to activate Memory Integrity.
