Memory integrity forced off "incompatible driver" STTub30.sys (STmicroelectronics)

Recently my memory integrity has been forced off due to an "incompatible driver" preventing the service from running. The incompatible driver in question is from STmicroelectronics driver "STTub30.sys" In my attempt to fix this, I uninstalled this driver and tried windows update to see if my PC would automatically reinstall this driver but no luck. Now when I turn Memory integrity on and restart my PC (as it prompts me to do so) my computer is stuck on the loading up screen, and I must force shutdown my pc and turn it on again in order to use it. I tried finding the specific driver online from the STmicroelectronics website to manually reinstall it but no luck

I have the same issue + usb2ser.sys driver. Both of those drivers are causing my laptop, besides the memory integrity turned off issue, stuttering and lagging. I downloaded a driver identifier but didnt found those drivers, and tried manually with no success. At this point I dont know what else to do and seems that Microsoft support doesnt even care.

I suppose the first point should be if you know what the driver is for and you need it, unless you have an update to repair the situation, do not uninstall that driver.

The second point might be, Windows will, on occasion, offer an optional driver In the Windows update-Advanced Options section. This may depend on how you have the system configured.

How did you "uninstall" the driver?
