Cannot enable Core Isolation in Windows 11 due to incompatible drivers

Core isolation on Windows 11 not possible, in my case, because of these drivers

I tried to find them in Windows/Sys32/drivers (as suggested in other forums) and deleting them but with no success so how can I solve the problem allowing the activation of core isolation?

Hi,

Here is what typically works for most of the users who know the driver name as it is mentioned in Windows Security. Apparently, Microsoft changed/updated the incompatible driver list recently, which has ended up this issue for most of the users.

Method 1:

You can get the list of drivers by running this command in the elevated command prompt:

dism /online /get-drivers /format:table

After that, Make note of the Published Name (ex: "oem13.inf") of the driver that is shown as problematic.

Then use the pnputil command to delete the driver from the device:

pnputil /delete-driver <Published Name> /uninstall /force​

Please note that running this command would remove the device driver and the next time you use the device, it would not work. Reinstalling the driver might help.

Method 2:

Another alternative is using Autoruns to delete the driver. Download it from here:

https://live.sysinternals.com/autoruns.exe

Run it as administrator.

Go to the Driver tab, locate the driver and delete the same.

    Similar problem here with Core Isolation not enabled due to incompatible driver ........but there is no identification of the driver(s) involved. Frustrating to be told you have a problem, better fix it BUT not be told just what the problem is. Windows tech Rammi, via Remote Access, tried till 2:00am this morning to help, but, to no avail. After checking with his sources, he indicated that the "bug" was known and would be addressed in a patch / update. Just have to wait and keep the fingers' crossed.

    microsoft made a **** on the name of ver 22h2 , its not compatible for several kind of drivers ( which were doing well on the same pc b4 ) its windows security is ruined by app & browser control and other feature's auto shut down. microsoft's this act supported hell of hackers to break exploit protection..
    microsoft's chat helpline acts like a noob on this issue ( even remote access was provided ) they refer me to the feed back hub instead of the fix. chat helpline and feed back hub ve not provided any fix since 2 months, even the matter is extremely serious.
    i do not know why they want to crush their windows security ???

    Windows files ve been shown as corrupted since more than a 2 months ( right after performing a clean install & updated ) sfc dsim commands ve become worthless. famed anti malware programs are failed.... the bug is in the widows ....After 2 months ( 12 hrs per day research per day ) one man told me on the microsoft forum ( even i ve been asking for so long ) that Reset windows security... and it worked.... it stopped the app & browser control's auto shut downs till now... but i deleted new softrwares folder lock's driver as well which became a reason to stop core isolation disabled...
    The question is why microsoft has become so irresponsible and worthless to its consumers ? and why it is supporting hackers by providing corrupted files in the name of 22h2 updates? which ve major conflicts with other drivers.

    For what it's worth, I applied these two Microsoft updates today and Core Isolation is now enabled on my pc:

    2023-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5028185)

    2023-07 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 22H2 for x64 (KB5028851)

    I had drivers from an app called IBM Security Rapport that caused Core Isolation to fail.

    Hello everyone

    I see I'm not the only one having this memory integrity problem. Before I see 2 yellow exclamation points, now there is only one it is already a progress, maybe after the update of the last time fixed one.

    Each time to switch to a new windows, there appears a defect somewhere. When I upgrade to windows 10, the mousepad doesn't work, I had to try to fix it, but it didn't work, and leave it a year later with the updates, it fixes itself with Microsoft.

    As I don't know and don't master windows support, I'm afraid of making mistakes and that the pc doesn't work anymore, it's a disaster, I only have one pc, if it doesn't work, it's is the hassle. I believe I will let microsoft fix it or if someone finds and tells me what to do and I will.
