Audio stopped working after upgrading win11 to 22H2

Hi,

My audio is not working after upgrading to 22H2. My computer is an ASUS less than one year old. I have tried to reinstall the Realtek driver without solving the problem.

Looking in the devicemanager the Realtek driver has this error after each time I have reinstalled the driver:

Device INTELAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10EC&DEV_0294&SUBSYS_104313B2&REV_1000\5&205ca6cb&0&0001 had a problem starting.

Driver Name: oem88.inf

Class Guid: {4d36e96c-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}

Service: IntcAzAudAddService

Lower Filters: 

Upper Filters: 

Problem: 0x0

Problem Status: 0xC00000E5

Is there any ideas of what I can try to get this working again?

    I'm having the same issue, but also getting the Blue Screen of Death, as described in this thread: Windows 11 22H2 Update and rtkvhd64.sys - Blue Screen Crash - Microsoft Community. Has anyone else had things go that far?

    My Dell audio quit working. Updated the drivers and bios still no luck. Reverted to the previous build and the laptop audio worked. was a pain to get the Bluetooth working again. 2 days of effing with it.

    Before I got information from ASUS that there is a patch under developement that was going to be release mid-october, however yesterday I got a new update from them:

    I am sorry to say, no firm ETA, as it still may be delayed until they deem it ready.

    All I know it is planned for Q4 of this year, but that can mean anything right now.

    Before I got information from ASUS that there is a patch under developement that was going to be release mid-october, however yesterday I got a new update from them:

    I am sorry to say, no firm ETA, as it still may be delayed until they deem it ready.

    All I know it is planned for Q4 of this year, but that can mean anything right now.

    Have you heard any update from Asus? Is there a link on their web site I can go to?
