Audio stopped working after upgrading win11 to 22H2

Hi,

My audio is not working after upgrading to 22H2. My computer is an ASUS less than one year old. I have tried to reinstall the Realtek driver without solving the problem.

Looking in the devicemanager the Realtek driver has this error after each time I have reinstalled the driver:

Device INTELAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10EC&DEV_0294&SUBSYS_104313B2&REV_1000\5&205ca6cb&0&0001 had a problem starting.

Driver Name: oem88.inf

Class Guid: {4d36e96c-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}

Service: IntcAzAudAddService

Lower Filters: 

Upper Filters: 

Problem: 0x0

Problem Status: 0xC00000E5

Is there any ideas of what I can try to get this working again?

    Hi,

    I have an Asus UX535L I think it's called. Bought it this year. It has a Intel i7 processor and both Intel and Nvidia graphics card.

    I have the Realtek Audio driver (not high definition as you), version 6.0.9219.1, which is the latest one.

    i too have ASUS laptop model X542UQ with intel i5 7200U processor, Realtek HD audio chip is embedded in laptop motherboard.

    Thisa laptop sound is working fine with Realtek HD audio driver v6.0.9013.1 this driver was installed by windows update,

    when i windows 11 21h2 was successfully upgraded to windows 11 22h2 build 22621.525 then installed update 22621.608P.

    today i installed ICE SOUND POWER driver Win10_x64_v1.0.17.11 successfully without errorx.

    Which model laptop you are using and the share the driver page ?

    I did report this problem to Asus as well, from them I got the following answer:

    So it has been confirmed that the ICEpower ICEsound Driver will no longer be supported after 22H2 update. This problem will cause the bugged driver to keep occupying the sound card resulting in no sound. Therefore, after 22H2, it is necessary to uninstall all programs related to ICEpower in order to have sound.Right now you can wait for the complete Update automatically pushed by MyASUS and Windows Update around 10\7 , which will automatically remove ICEpower and replace it with DTS Audio.

    I haven't got the update yet so I don´t know if this is the solution to the sound issue, but I put the information here if it can help anybode else with simular problems.

    You need install Intel graphics driver which includes audio driver
