Windows Fax and Scan, Cannot print faxes to printer

I was using Fax and Scan on an HP computer running Windows 10. I stopped allowing me to print received faxes on 9/15/22 at 6 pm. I could print all of my earlier received faxes and no subsequent received faxes. When I opened the printer queue the earlier faxes would display in the printer queue for a full two minutes while they were printing. The later faxes flickered on the printer queue open window for less than half a second and then disappear and nothing would print. I reinstalled the printer software and changed all of the cables without fixing the problem. I can print anything else to the printer but not faxes received after 9/15/22 at 6 pm. I went and bought a new Dell Windows 11 computer to be able to use Fax and Scan successfully. This new computer printed was able to run Fax and Scan and printed the received faxes without difficulty for one day. Then the second day 9/19/22 the same problem occurred. Previously faxes received before 9/19 would print but no later faxes would print. They would flicker briefly for less than a second in the open printer queue window and disappear and then not print. This can not be a hardware problem as both computers are independent and even have different operating systems. I think some update to the Fax and Scan software must have been downloaded automatically to the computers to create this new problem.

Please investigate and fix this problem.
