win 11 22h2 update printer issue

After updating older machines (2 yrs old) to the new version of windows 11(had previous version of windows 11 installed) or setting up new machines purchased earlier this month that have the new version of windows 11 installed I am no longer able to add printers from my print server. The error message I get is:

Operation cannot be completed (error 0x00000709). Double check the printer name and make sure that the printer is connected to the network. Has anyone else encountered this issue and is there a fix???

    This worked perfectly. Thank you very much.

    Win 11 22H2 Pro was host, Win 10 clients was having error connecting with 0x00000709. Doing the additional steps you mentioned resolved the entire problem even though RPC was enabled at first.

    after following all the steps you told us my computer still cannot work with the printer i dont know why but seems it still eror did you have another suggestion?

    Exactly the same issue as Win 10 print nightmare patch- I was able to browse to printer using ip on Win 10 but that doesn't work (permission issue?) on Win 11 home 22h2! The suggestion to reload windows is laughable as this happens right from brand new!
