When will the Intel Generation 11 CPU hold on the Install of 22H2 be resolved?

I have 2 computers with the Intel 11th Generation CPU and both are in hold for installation to Windows 11 22H2. Apparently there is a driver issue with the CPU that conflicts with 22H2 and Microsoft has decided to not install until the issue is resolved. After an extensive search on the internet, I can find no information on this, certainly not on the Microsoft site and also not on the Intel site.

Does anyone have any information on this? Your replies are certainly welcome.

Simply put and without reading everything here can't you download the ISO file then open it and click on "Setup"? Select to keep all files and apps.

Are TPM and CPU checks holding it back?

Absolutely not! It passes all health tests published.

Did you run the ISO file or the Installation Assistant which can still enforce gating or blocks while ISO file should not?

If they've blocked the ISO file too, then the only option is to Clean Install by making the bootable media:

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/software-downlo...

If you'd like to try one to compare how much better it is than any Upgrade install, then Make sure during the booted install to unplug all other drives, boot the media as a UEFI Device, choose Custom Install, delete all partitions down to Unallocated Space to get it cleanest, choose the Unallocated Space, click Next to auto-create and -format the needed partitions and begin install - this makes it foolproof.

After install expedite all Windows Updates including Optional until no more are offered. Then import any drivers from the PC maker's Support Downloads web page for your model that are newer, or branded instead of generic. The most basic thing we need to learn to maintain a PC is how to keep the latest manufacturer's drivers current. Windows drivers are rarely enough.

I hope it helps. Feel free to ask any questions.
