Windows 11 || Remove work or school account

Hi All,

I am using windows 11 home. I want to remove the work or school account as I am not using that account anymore. But I am not getting an option to remove the account from my system. I am not using that account in any of the apps and all the apps related to that account are deleted.

I searched online for the same. Usually, the option is to right-click on the account and delete it. But I am not getting that delete option.

Please let me know how to proceed.

In the attached screenshot, the account highlighted in maroon is the one which I want to remove.

I face some trouble with my University account on this issue.

Go to "settings" > > Go to "Accounts" > > Go to "Access Work or School" > > Click on the account you want to remove and select "Disconnect"

well not quiet or there is something wrong with my installation
My main account is the Admin for the laptop and I still can't see the disconnect button you guys mention

any work around that you know?
