Windows 11 || Remove work or school account

Hi All,

I am using windows 11 home. I want to remove the work or school account as I am not using that account anymore. But I am not getting an option to remove the account from my system. I am not using that account in any of the apps and all the apps related to that account are deleted.

I searched online for the same. Usually, the option is to right-click on the account and delete it. But I am not getting that delete option.

Please let me know how to proceed.

In the attached screenshot, the account highlighted in maroon is the one which I want to remove.

    Hi

    I noticed that your in the email and accounts menu while you need to be in the Access work or school to Disconnect. It's in the account menu

    So... What ? We're Stuck with it? .... Should I just reformat my Active drive and start Over?..

    This is really maddening , guys ... Maybe I should just re-install Windows 10 and be done with ..

    Magic! After hours of searching I found where this link is hiding. Why there is no "disconnect" button on these accounts in the accounts page no-one will ever know, but Dave is right on the money :-)
