Windows 11 || Remove work or school account

Hi All,

I am using windows 11 home. I want to remove the work or school account as I am not using that account anymore. But I am not getting an option to remove the account from my system. I am not using that account in any of the apps and all the apps related to that account are deleted.

I searched online for the same. Usually, the option is to right-click on the account and delete it. But I am not getting that delete option.

Please let me know how to proceed.

In the attached screenshot, the account highlighted in maroon is the one which I want to remove.

    Just go to Accounts > Access work or school

    There you will find an option to disconnect button under your school account tab and there you go....😊

    So... What ? We're Stuck with it? .... Should I just reformat my Active drive and start Over?..

    This is really maddening , guys ... Maybe I should just re-install Windows 10 and be done with ..

    Thank you so much that was exactly what I needed I agree with you I think it's stupid to have it in another menu it's the same sorta thing. Maybe it's like that on the corporate end to help separate accounts?
