First you're awesome for responding thank you so much. I actually tried that last night before I went to bed and the only thing that I have or had was the real tech control panel and driver and I deleted both of them

Going Bald from pulling my hair out because this should be the easiest thing and it's been two years and I swear I have tried everything I have spent over $1000 on microphones and they are just lying around because they all do the same exact thing

Along with this issue I'm having another problem which is how do I test if something I did actually fix this noise suppression issue How do I test without zooming with somebody etc? I guess I can do a live online mic test that records and then play it back

I have no idea what to try next except a new computer which is just so ridiculous aside from being poor this really should be such a simple push one button fix

you can give it a try by downloading audacity or reaper. If one of these do the job it means that zoom will be able too.

Make sure when using zoom to enable "sound for musicians" in the settings and again on the screen.

I'm not sure you can delete Realtek, when that was the cause on my computer I reckoned I couldn't get rid of it but had to keep it and switch off the noise suppression. Are you sure you did delete it, or that it didn't reinstall automatically?

For testing, can you join a Zoom meeting on a mobile phone that you started on the computer? Then listen in another room if music is coming through.

Go to System > Sound > Advanced > More sound settings > Recording > Headset > Properties > Advanced > uncheck enable audio enhancements then apply
