How to disable noise suppression when an application is using the microphone.

Hi,

Whenever an application is using my microphone, all the audio that plays gets suppressed and muffled and nearly quiet, there was an option to disable this before, but I just don't know how to disable it.

Disabling the options such as Audio Enhancements will make it normal for around 2 seconds before it becomes muffled again.

    OPEN APPLICATION

    DISABLE "SPEAKER NOISE CANCELLATION"

    IT WORKS!

    I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS FOR MONTHS AND FINALLY FIGURED IT OUT! HALLELUJAH!

    Adam you have to use Firefox that is the secret answer that took me years to figure out you can go into Firefox experimental settings and turn everything off and then everything works perfectly like it should if you need more help BARRYWASS at Yahoo .com

    Actually the solution is to use Firefox because you can go into their experimental settings and turn off noise suppression it's the only browser that will let you do it trust me I've spent years researching this

    Hi Adam,

    I tried everything like all the folks here, nothing really worked out until one morning it all functioned great. I can record, hold a zoom meeting with my guitar and so on...

    I thouhgt Microsoft added a patch to windows 11. If you're laptop doesn't function, best thing to do is to contact the helpdesk, perhaps they did something...All other solutions never worked out for me.
