Same here DELL XPS 15 7590.

See also https://www.dell.com/community/XPS/XPS-15-7590-Memory-Integrity-on-causes-an-inaccessible-boot/m-p/8339682#M106513mentioned SOLVED, but it isn't. There is a workaround suggested to disable VT-x that will not work for everyone.

I have EXACTLY the same issue with a Lenovo X1 Extreme Gen 2 - so it is not just a Dell issue.

    W11 22H2 100% clean install (last week)

All latest BIOS and driver updates from Lenovo installed, Windows Update is up-to-date.

Turning on Memory Integrity flashes up scanning for incompatible drivers but none found.

    Device Manager is clean.

Same symptoms if I enable Hyper-V Platform feature or Core Isolation - Memory Integrity

After fail to boot, system recovers but without Memory Integrity enabled.

All BIOS security virtualisation options enabled

Different issue on a different build but some similarities regarding virtualization.

May be worth taking a look at iFish_木鱼 findings (last 3 posts on this thread)

    Unable to update Windows 11 Insider ( 0xC1900101 - 0x40017 )
