Windows 11 security actions recommended but none found

on windows 11 the security icon in the task bar shows an exclamation in a yellow triangle and says "security actions recommended", but when I look at them all, they all say NO ACTION NEEDED

    I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    That notification can be just a bug, it is reported by many people, other causes are, a security update is pending download on the Windows updates page, or Memory Integrity is not enabled in Defender.

    1. I just checked and there is not a security update is pending download on the Windows updates page
    2. Can you tell me how to check if Memory Integrity is enabled in Defender.

    I did find that under WINDOWS SECURITY > DEVICE SECURITY, that MEMORY INTEGRITY is turned on. If that is what you meant

    Try these steps

    1 Go to windows settings, click on privacy and security

    2 Click on windows security

    3 Click the tab App and Browser control

    4 click on Reputation-Based protection settings and enable everything there.

    I think I got the answer

    You need to switch-on the Reputation-based Protection which is available in the SETTINGS > Privacy & Security > Windows Security > App & browser Control

    On clicking the App & browser Control , just switch on the Repuration based control

    In my case , it was off, so I turned it on
