This is happening to me too, I discovered it when I was investigating why my PC had been freezing more and more lately. Event viewer says I've had 1522 errors in the past 7 days and 1334 of them have been "Autopilot.dll WIL error was reported.". I disabled Microsoft Account Sign-In Assistant Service and the errors stopped, but that's not a solution for me because I need to be able to sign in to do my job. Amazing that we're coming up on the 1 year anniversary of this thread.
Autopilot.dll WIL error
So this issue has been going on for almost a month now, event viewer is showing tons of these errors,i have 3 windows 10 installations and in each the error is there.Even tried to do a clean install on my main pc today to see if it would go away but to no effect.
This is the error:
Autopilot.dll WIL error was reported.
HRESULT: 0x80070491
File: onecoreuap\admin\moderndeployment\autopilot\dll\dllmain.cpp, line 178
Message: NULL
I searched a bit trough the comunity and found out that there are tons of people having the exact same problem.

2023-01-30T19:42:14+00:00 No feature like application guard exists on my Windows 11 installation:
Edition Windows 11 Home
Version 22H2
Installed on 12/26/2022
OS build 22621.1194
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22638.1000.0
And yes, my brand new MSI Sword 15 A12UE throws this ANNOYING error continually.
I will not disable the subscription service since that disables MS account login. That is not a viable work around.
This insipid error began occurring after updating Winders 11.
Microslop better fix this soon since it is prevalent and causing system lags and crashes.
GARBAGE coding!!!

2022-11-07T19:52:48+00:00 I have a similar issue but on line 138. I do not have the 22H2 Windows 11 update installed. The problem started 10/24/2022. There are additional errors in Server, DbxSvc, DistributedCOM, etc. , but similar errors were occurring before this ModernDeployment-Diagnostics-Provider error started happening. A new problem is that yesterday and today my relatively new machine crashed and had to be forcibly rebooted. I can't prove this is related, however.
