Can't Find--How do I delete: usb2ser.sys & wdcsam64_prewin8.sys

I got an error message saying that I can't turn on Memory Integrity due to the following drivers:

usb2ser.sys & wdcsam64_prewin8.sys

I can't find these files anywhere in this laptop.

Please Help.

    Wrong syntax was used for the PnpUtil command. There should be a space before after the slash "/". Please copy the command and paste it into Command Prompt to avoid such errors.
