Can't Find--How do I delete: usb2ser.sys & wdcsam64_prewin8.sys

I got an error message saying that I can't turn on Memory Integrity due to the following drivers:

usb2ser.sys & wdcsam64_prewin8.sys

I can't find these files anywhere in this laptop.

Please Help.

    From admin Command Prompt, please run:

    • pnputil /delete-driver oem34.inf /uninstall /force

    And to remove the 2nd entry from the list, use Autoruns. See Option 6: Using Sysinternals Autoruns in this article.

    Thank you for your quick reply.

    I did as you suggested but I got this response: Failed to delete driver package: The system cannot find the path specified.

    Any other suggestions? Thank you again. Diann

    I also used Autoruns (oem34.inf and usb2sser.sys) and the SC.exe Command (oem34.inf and usb2sser.sys)

    in SC.exe: "No instances available."
