Can't Find--How do I delete: usb2ser.sys & wdcsam64_prewin8.sys

I got an error message saying that I can't turn on Memory Integrity due to the following drivers:

usb2ser.sys & wdcsam64_prewin8.sys

I can't find these files anywhere in this laptop.

Please Help.

    It is supposed to be in the System 32 folder.

    I am THE administrator on my pc. When I sought to perform the prescribed actions, a popup informed me that I would need permission from SYSTEM to complete.

    What gives?

    I can't find this usb2ser.sys anywhere although it is listed on my computer as an incompatible driver. It's media tek, with a published name as oem34.inf. This is a huge problem for me. Can you help? Thank you so much.....Diann
