Can't Find--How do I delete: usb2ser.sys & wdcsam64_prewin8.sys

I got an error message saying that I can't turn on Memory Integrity due to the following drivers:

usb2ser.sys & wdcsam64_prewin8.sys

I can't find these files anywhere in this laptop.

Please Help.

    Thanks for the inspiration where to look. I would like to add one more step which helped me to easily find the relevant driver / entry between all other entries in the Device Manager.

    I took for the mentioned screen ("incompatible drivers") the "driver published name", which was oem16.inf and oem35.inf in my case.

    Then I sorted the Device Manager (after activating the hidden entries) by driver name (option in the View section). As this list is alphabetically sorted you should be able to find those two drivers directly. Then do as Dave described a right click and deinstall it.

    (Hi MarkPacana I am Dave, I will help you with this, usb2ser.sys is an old MediaTek USB driver. wdcsam64_prewin8.sys is a driver associated to a Western Digital driver Open File Explorer, then navigate to C:\Windows\System32 Search for usb2ser.sys
    Then right click the version of that driver that was found in the Drivers folder and select Rename, and rename that file to usb2ser.sys.old Then do the same for the other driver, by searching for it and adding .old to the file name Then restart your PC and that will stop those drivers loading*)*

    ***RESPONSE*** - I removed the driver from device manager (at least I right clicked and then clicked removed). It did disappear from the list. However, I was still stuck with one driver that I could not locate (MBB - usbser2.sys, USB Modem/Serial Device Driver). I am still unable to locate this (if someone does, please inform me how lol) I followed the instructions above and as advised renamed the driver old, I restarted my machine and tried once more to turn on memory integrity and it advised me to restart before the action could be completed.

    I restarted once again and when I checked on my windows defender icon, a green tick appeared, EXCELLENT! ALL SWITCHED ON and WOKRING!!

    i got the same problem. I did as you said however i got two files of usb2ser.sys by mediatek and MBB . i could do that only for one file " MBB" . I couldn't do it to the other file . it says you require permission from system to make changes. i searched it in device manager too. its not there.
