Can't Find--How do I delete: usb2ser.sys & wdcsam64_prewin8.sys

I got an error message saying that I can't turn on Memory Integrity due to the following drivers:

usb2ser.sys & wdcsam64_prewin8.sys

I can't find these files anywhere in this laptop.

Please Help.

    My wdcsam64_prewin8.sys is in System32\filerepository but it won't let me change the name unless I have administrator permissions.

    I can find the file and need to delete it, but the system won't let me, and I am the administrator

    You wrote the files will not delete. May I please ask you to clarify: (?)

    as in from device manager, so it does not load

    as in the sub-directory, where the file names are shown

    This is getting above my pay grade. I ~think systems allow un-used files to stick around without loading.

    Removed old device drivers = Success this afternoon.

    WD & MediaTek

    9/6/22:

    4:07 pm Device Mgr Sys.Devices -> removed oem34 (Western Digital SES)

    4:09 pm Device Mgr Sys.Devices -> removed oem16 (MediaTek CDC)

    4:12 pm Win 11 Settings -> Security : Core Isloation "ON", Restart

    4:15 pm WD 4 TB EasyStore installed, functional, Ejected WD

    4:18 pm Surface App wants to "Update" with OEM34 vers. 1.2.0.0 11/30/2017 (Deferred WD Update)

    The Microsoft Surface App warned about old device drivers, leading to "Core Isolation" 

    Why did the Microsoft Surface Application want to downgrade the Driver after removing it ? 

    The Surface App now appears on screen automatically, but not in "Startup" {surprise}

    Checked results w/the command prompt, elevated privilege, using:

    dism /online /get-drivers /format: table
