Currently, as of Windows 11 build 22621.1344, it appears that installing StartAllBack, is the only viable option to go back to the Windows 10 style ribbon in Explorer.
Restoring Windows 10 Ribbon on Win 11
1 I have just updated my 21H2 to 22H2 where I cannot re-install Windows 10 File explorer Ribbon which was possible earlier with Win 11 21H2. How can I effect this?

If you don't see a "Blocked" item in the shell extension, you can create one manually by right-clicking on the shell Extensions and calling it "Blocked". Add the key on the right to see the effect.
