Don't use that script after the latest update! Explorer will go into an infinite reload loop!

Currently, as of Windows 11 build 22621.1344, it appears that installing StartAllBack, is the only viable option to go back to the Windows 10 style ribbon in Explorer.

Edit: ExplorerPatcher 22621.1344.53.1 was released today. It should now be compatible with Windows 11 22621.1344 and provides another option for getting back the Windows 10 ribbon.

I've tried several of these fixes on win 11 22H2 Build 22621.674, except for deleting all instances of the File Explorer in Task Manager, which worries me b/c if I delete the File Manager Windows simply goes blank, and that's not a solution either. For now I'm using the Alt+up arrow, but it seems totally nonsensical for Microsoft to be converting Windows into Apple interface. Good heavens, if I wanted an interface for novice users I would have bought an Apple. Instead, I'd like to do some honest programming and normal work practice, and I'm stuck with a stupid work-around that isn't even permanent.

    Shame on you Microsoft.

    1. Remove Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Shell Extensions\Blocked
    2. Disable "Launch folder windows in a separate process" in Folder Options
    3. Restart File Explorer
    4. Open File Explorer - see if you have Win10 Ribbon

    Running...
