Windows 11: WiFi gone after sleep

My laptop is installed with Windows 11 Home Single Language and uses the network adapter of Realtek 8822CE Wireless LAN 802.11ac PCI-E NIC.

Every time when I put my laptop in sleep mode, the WiFi disconnected automatically, and the network adapter driver also disappeared from the list of device manager. After I restart my laptop, everything goes back to normal, but I would like to resolve this issue permanently.

I have updated the driver, but the issue still persists. Below are the images that illustrate the issue.

  1. When this issue happens, the WIFI icon also disappeared

  1. I run troubleshooting, it states that there is no proper network adapter driver installed

  1. The WIFI's network adapters driver disappear from the list of device manager when this issue happens.

  1. After I restart my computer, the WIFI connection back to normal, with the WIFI icon appearing and the driver appearing in the device manager.

HOWEVER, this issue comes back every time after, I put my laptop into sleep mode.

    When the adapter does not appear in Device Manager after sleep, do the following:

    1. Press "Windows + X" and select "Device Manager";
    2. Click on the "View" menu and select "Show hidden devices";
    3. Expand "Network adapters";
    4. If the Wi-Fi adapter is listed, right-click and select "Properties". Check if there is an error in "Device Status".

    i have the same issue on my new rog strix scar with ryzen 7 cpu and rtx gpu , after the leptop wakes up from sleep mode the wifi isn't finding any networks anymore, only restarting the laptop fixes this issue . i used windows 10 pro before and had no problems but now i'm using windows 11 home ( came with the laptop ) and i noticed this issue and is very annoying...cause i stream and stuff and i need it to connect always , this might be a windows 11 bug

    There is no "Wireless Adapter Settings" in the advance power settings.

    Try this too:

    1. Press "Windows + R", type powercfg.cpl and press Enter;
    2. Click "Change plan setting" on the currently selected power plan.
    3. Click on "Change advanced power settings";
    4. Expand "Wireless Adapter Settings";
    5. Change the setting in "On battery" and "Plugged in" to "Maximum Performance";
    6. Click Ok to save the changes.

    Note if the mentioned behavior has stopped occurring.

    We have the same problem with 4 new Dell computers with "Realtek USB GbE Family Controller". The system doesnt find this adapter after sleep mode. We have tried everything.
