Blue Screen Kernel security check failed

I've had this blue screen on a brand new install of Windows 11, I've updated all drivers, I've also run sfc scan and DISM commands, none returned any errors. I've uploaded the minidump to OneDrive, and I'd appreciate it if anyone could take a look at it and tell me what could be causing this error.

The computer had BSOD with Windows 11 and Windows 10.

The findings are consistent with malfunctioning hardware.

Some of the steps that were performed earlier in this thread may be repeated.

Testing hardware using software stress tests unfortunately often displays pass when there is malfunctioning hardware (false negative).

Typically swap testing is required.

  1. Download and install one of these temperature monitoring software:

Speccy

https://www.ccleaner.com/speccy

HWMonitor

https://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html

Speedfan https://www.almico.com/speedfan.php

  1. Run Prime95 https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/16474-prime95-stress-test-your-cpu.html Test for 3 hours.

Make note of when to abort testing in the link.

Post images or share links into this thread.

Record the continuous testing time and the highest temperature.

  1. Run Furmark https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/13081-furmark-gpu-stress-test.html Test for 30 minutes.

  1. Run Memtest86 (free version) https://www.memtest86.com/ Run two tests of four passes each (total eight passes)

Memtest86 has a feature to create text reports.

If possible, include the text reports with the images in the share links.

  1. Run HD Tune

Post images or share links for results on these tabs:

a) Health

b) Benchmark

c) Full error scan

These can be performed overnight while sleeping:

    Open administrative command prompt and run:

    chkdsk /b /v C:

    This may take significant time so plan to run overnight while sleeping.

    C:\WINDOWS\system32>chkdsk /b /v C:

    The type of the file system is NTFS.

    Cannot lock current drive.

    Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another

    process. Would you like to schedule this volume to be

    checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N)

    Type: Y

    Reboot

    After chkdsk completes run:

    Hello, I've reinstalled AMD drivers, I've installed the manufacturers ones, I've installed the ones straight from AMD, and the very latest (optional). I've done the same with networking devices, since one of them seemed to show on a BSOD. I've completely reinstalled Windows and let it download the drivers on its own via Windows update, and installed myself an nvidia driver from 2 months ago before this issue started. I've also reinstalled Windows offline and blocked driver updates via Windows update. I've also tested with just one ram stick, as well as with just one ssd, several times for each ssd and each ram stick. I'm completely lost as to what the issue is at this point

    Hello again, I left the PC on running those tests again after running the batch file. It still got a BSOD, stuck at 0%. So my latest minidump and memory dump are still from the 19th, it hasn't generated a new one at all since then. Then I ran the batch file again and restarted WDV, leaving it to run overnight. And again, another BSOD stuck at 0% and no new logs. And it was also the error IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL both times, which I don't know if it's relevant.

    Today is 07/21/2022.

    The links had mini dump files with BSOD up to 07/19/2022.

    Some were with WDV and some were without WDV.

    The memory dump was without WDV.

    1. Please use only one RAM module (the one that came with the computer).
    2. Run this script:

    2. Start WDV using all customized settings except:

    [ ] 0x00000004 Randomized low resources simulation.

    1. If there is no immediate BSOD then open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:

    verifier /querysettings
