Using Phone Link to make calls with PC headphones & Mic

I am struggling to get Phone Link on windows 11 to utilise the headset I use for my PC as the speaker and Mic for calls made/received in Phone Link.

All my drivers are up to date, I am using Astro A50s which work for all other aspects of mic/sound (these are wired to base, 2.4ghz wireless, so not bluetooth headset) and a Samsung Galaxy S21.

Sometimes when I receive a call, the phone notes that it is using the PC for bluetooth output, and I can hear the the audio, but the mic doesnt seem to work.

Would love for this to be resolved so I dont need to change headsets everytime I want to go from Zoom call to phone call.

I think you need to specify the correct Output and input devices in Windows settings:

The annoying thing is, I used to have no issues using phone link on my PC, with an external boom mic and headphones until recent updates. I was also able to access the apps on my phone through my PC. Reckon they've dropped the ball on this one...

I have mic issues too.

I noticed if I start a call and then I go to my audio recording device, I switch to another mic and then back again to my default mic, it magically starts to work. It seems to me a software issue. Hope they resolve soon!
