Canon Printer not responding after windows 11 update. Other Windows 10 PC has no problem printing to same printer

Sometime after updating to Win 11 my Canon printer does not respond to my print request. I tried printing from another Windows 10 PC and the printer is still responding to it. So there is no issue with the printer as the message would indicate. What needs to be done to get my printer to print from my windows 11 updated HP PC.

    My Canon printer is an mx860

    Which has a ptinter error no further comments

    I have deleted all printer jobs in the queue but still have the se error every I ask it to print. Even when it says Cannon mx860 printer teady

    Same issue Win11/Canon. Printer responds to other devices (Win10, Chromebooks, iphones etc).

    Solution: /Services/PrintSpooler "STOP", /Services/PrintSpooler "START".

    No idea why it works. But it does. Every time.

    Thank you for the Reply. This is Ernie's Wife....I did not use that solution to fix the printer, but got it working after 3 hours. Uninstalled all Canon stuff off the PC, and reinstalled all the Canon Stuff again. Got it working with His PC...at least so far for 5 hours. LOL We shall see if this holds and if not I will have to follow your solution. Win 11 is not a friend. It has hidden all of His Files for our business. OH and 365 stinks too. LOL

    Thank you. The canon site now asks you for the printer model and mine is unsupported. I don't see how to get to the area you indicated without putting in a model number, but will choose the next closest model. I hope I can fix before getting a new model. I have a MF230
