this issue is 100% a windows problem, under linux and other os it works fine still as all other cannon printers do

Sometime after updating to Win 11 my Canon printer does not respond to my print request. I tried printing from another Windows 10 PC and the printer is still responding to it. So there is no issue with the printer as the message would indicate. What needs to be done to get my printer to print from my windows 11 updated HP PC.

2024-11-21T16:38:37+00:00 I spoke with a Canon Tech. he stated that after Windows 11 update no one can SCAN wirelessly with a Canon printer. Until Windows updates again, (there is no time frame) he suggest using a cable. The cable works!

2024-11-27T17:41:46+00:00 Sorry but this makes no sense. I can print to the Canon printer via wifi from my older Win 8.1 laptop and both mobile phones with no issues, but not from my Win 11 laptop after the update in Oct 2024. so it has to be an issue with the Win 11 update.
