After updating the bios, im unable to activate windows 11, which was already activated. You're telling me I can't update the bios without windows freaking out. I paid for this product and now the only thing the troubleshooter is telling me to do is to just buy another product key. How the hell do I go about fixing this since windows services is just an utter joke? I'm constantly having to deal with fixing **** issues with windows 11. This product is a big joke. The "get help" app does nothing but direct me to exactly what their windows activation page is on the website.

Contacting support did nothing. They told me it's not their issue. Quality service M$

Was this (disabling TCP2) done before or after your initial MSI BIOS update? I'm thinking about trying it. I saved an older version of my BIOS and Windows installation media to a flash drive just in case.

Background : I just built my first pc and was very wary of doing so for reasons exactly like this. I updated my BIOS this morning and the same issue arose. I'm getting Windows error codes 0x803f7008 and sometimes 0x803f700e both of which aren't in the Microsoft error code list but are telling me to wait until Windows can connect to the servers. It's been this way for about 6 hours, so I know something is wrong. Funny thing is before I updated my BIOS this morning, windows was activated fine, I just had choppy Bluetooth audio issues.

For what it's worth, I found mu retail key that I once backup with AIDA64 Extreme but forgot I did.
So, just out of curiosity I try to use the key within Win 11 "Change license" option, and it was accepted without problems.
Now I have no idea would it be accepted before as I forgot about it and if this has anything to do with my correspondence with MS Support and they did something for the key to work?
The key format ends with xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx 3V66T.

Great info as I think my code is hanging on the wall.
