I was referring to having to go into your Bios settings and reconfigure the security settings to the proper ones that they were at before bios update as the Bios update WILL reset certain settings to DEFAULT.

After updating the bios, im unable to activate windows 11, which was already activated. You're telling me I can't update the bios without windows freaking out. I paid for this product and now the only thing the troubleshooter is telling me to do is to just buy another product key. How the hell do I go about fixing this since windows services is just an utter joke? I'm constantly having to deal with fixing **** issues with windows 11. This product is a big joke. The "get help" app does nothing but direct me to exactly what their windows activation page is on the website.
Contacting support did nothing. They told me it's not their issue. Quality service M$

2023-02-05T18:04:48+00:00 Doing a Bios update resets certain settings like some security settings. Therefore, they need to be set back to the values they were at. Windows11 requires TPM. Not sure Z90's have that and how windows11 was installed in the first place. If you had used a work around this may be the reason.

2023-01-22T19:49:37+00:00 After my update I went into the bios and found that I had to put some things back to where they should be. Also, If you purchased the pro through the store you should be able to go into your Microsoft account or store. Open store, Go to library (lower left) then you need to go to the sort and filter and click, you need to uncheck "show installed products only" you then should see everything you have ever installed through the store. Im not sure if it makes a difference but, if no luck maybe make sure your operating system is not logged in as local account. Hope this helps.
