Windows activation after bios update

After updating the bios, im unable to activate windows 11, which was already activated. You're telling me I can't update the bios without windows freaking out. I paid for this product and now the only thing the troubleshooter is telling me to do is to just buy another product key. How the hell do I go about fixing this since windows services is just an utter joke? I'm constantly having to deal with fixing **** issues with windows 11. This product is a big joke. The "get help" app does nothing but direct me to exactly what their windows activation page is on the website.

Contacting support did nothing. They told me it's not their issue. Quality service M$

This is [Mod Removed - profanity] I don't know who you are Palcook, but I happened to me as well, MSI MTB self built with genuine W11 license.

Each time I replace upgrade the BIOS, Windows asks me to change my pin#, login with my MS account and windows was deactivated.

I rentered the Windows 11 key and it reactivated it.

Microsoft is a bag of [Mod Removed - profanity] .

That's not right, updating Bios has no impact on win or its license.

Is this a branded PC or self build, and how exactly did you update the bios?

The other poster cannot provide you with any Key

self built, apparently its an issue with MSI motherboards. The "I changed my hardware" option doesn't do anything as it fails to connect to the windows activation servers. Never asked for a key. Just want the product to work as intended.

I have just run into the same problem with BIOS update on a Gigabyte mobo (Z690 Aorus Pro). After updating the BIOS, Windows says that the hardware of the device has changed and that it is no longer activated.
