Window 10 access is denied

I found my computer try in to boot but goes to a blue screen then trying to repair it but is not working.

Then I want to command prompt and I try to run bootrec.exe/fix boot I got access denied.

Then I trough Diskpart

I rename the Valium in my case drive c: (where I thing the boot sector is) is volume 2, I rename value 2 to volume v: then exit

Cd v:

Then md \efi\microsoft\boot

Then cd /d v:\efi\microsoft\boot

Then bootrec.exe/fixboot

Then I got access is denied

I need help pas this problem please

    Using diskpart from Command Prompt at boot, try the sections here for Create a New System Reserved Partition Manually and Windows Can't boot after deleting System Reserved partition:

    These will either create new System Reserved or move it to C drive which is allowed in Legacy MBR installs - however if you move it to C you will not then be able to convert it to UEFI after you're done.

    If this doesn't work use a bootable Partition Manager to shrink C or another large partition by about 50gb to do a rescue install of Windows 10 from it's boot media. It should create a Dual Boot Menu with your old install. If it will start from the menu, then you can delete the rescue partition, remove the dual boot menu in msconfig > Boot tab and have a fresh System Reserved partition that boots your old install.     Hi Greg,

    The only option I have is to work from cmd and usb repair disk,

    I cannot access my computer to option one.

    Need to go one step at the time please.
