Window 10 access is denied

I found my computer try in to boot but goes to a blue screen then trying to repair it but is not working.

Then I want to command prompt and I try to run bootrec.exe/fix boot I got access denied.

Then I trough Diskpart

I rename the Valium in my case drive c: (where I thing the boot sector is) is volume 2, I rename value 2 to volume v: then exit

Cd v:

Then md \efi\microsoft\boot

Then cd /d v:\efi\microsoft\boot

Then bootrec.exe/fixboot

Then I got access is denied

I need help pas this problem please

    (1) Your BIOS seems to have the capability to have boot options for EUFI & Legacy active at the same time. But we know you've got only MBR (Master Boot Record) disks which are only good for a Legacy boot. None of your disks are GPT (Guid Partition Table)...

    So, click "Legacy+UEFI" in the Boot screen, & see whether you can set it to Legacy only. If that works, then I'd expect the "Fixed Boot Order Priorities" list to be smaller. In any event, try to move "Hard disk: Kingston" -- which I believe is your 223 GB SSD - is it? -- to the top of the list. Click it to see whether there is an option to do so. After doing so, be sure to save changes before you exit. There might be a legend at the bottom of the screen saying which F-Key to press for that. Or use this option at one of your screens...

    What is "USB Hard Disk" (currently Option 8)? Is it Disk 3 in your List Disk? If that is unpluggable, unplug it until we get a boot.

    If the computer still won't boot after that, then...

    (2) Your System Reserved partition has both a Boot & an EFI folder. It is the Boot folder that is used for a Legacy boot. Let's see the full contents of it this way...

    DIR C:\Boot /a /s <<<Show full contents of Boot folder

    ...but we don't need to see the fonts folders, if any.

    I want to see pictures of your BIOS Setup. Get there this way from the "Choose an Option" screen...

    "Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > UEFI Firmware Settings"

    Post pictures of the various screens, especially the Boot Menu screen. I want to see something that says it is in Legacy Mode. Then, at a Command Prompt, try...

    *DIR C:* <<<Show root directory of the System Reserved partition

    BCDEdit /Enum All <<<Show the full BCD (Boot Configuration Data) store

    ...& post pictures of whatever results. Chances are nothing will. Let me examine that, then probably we can try putting your boot files onto the Windows partition which was another option in that article Greg posted. We might as well pursue this at least until your new SSD arrives. But Greg is right, after we get boot files straightened out, there likely is an original issue to contend with.

    Was no error

    When I first I so was about a week ago that was in a setup blue screen

    I click raster then in the bottom running the boot repair but was not successful and opens the setup screen.

    I hear you and that is what I am going to do.

    The only thing is if I succeed to boot this compute I am going to try recover some files and jut down all the software recovered the window production key and the pst file

    Then install the new ssd hard drive and do a clean install.

    Let’s se if PCR gets to that point.
