    Hi,

I apologize, I made a mistake when entering the procedure in Portuguese

you will need a bootable flash drive with windows 10

1 - If you don't have a bootable pendrive, use the creation tool

    Windows 10 Media Creation Tool.

    Link:

    https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=691209

Start your computer through this way.

It is important that you check the boot order in the computer's bios beforehand.

When starting the machine with the installation DVD or USB stick, wait for the message and press any key to boot from cd or dvd… to appear at the top of the screen. and press any key to start the media.

2 - When your computer starts from the installation DVD or USB stick, click Next in the first window that appears

And then in the option Repair your computer

Now, click on Troubleshooting > Command Prompt option

3 - When the Command Prompt (CMD) appears, enter the following commands by pressing enter after each one:

    bootsect /nt60 all /force /mbr

    bootrec.exe /fixboot

    bootrec.exe /fixmbr

    bootrec.exe /ScanOs

    bootrec.exe /rebuildBcd

After that, restart the machine normally, removing the DVD or USB stick you used

    Once again, my sincere apologies

    Hi,

Did you manage to access the CMD?

If you were able to access the command prompt (CMD) and you are seeing "X:\windows\system32", type the commands below

    md \efi\microsoft\boot

    cd /d v:\efi\microsoft\boot

    bootsect /nt60 all

    bootrec.exe /fixboot

    exit
