To share my experience, same symptoms as everyone else. Could not access bios and advanced startup left me on a black screen. Originally, I had no problems but after a Windows 11 update started experiencing the issue.
I tried all the suggested items in this forum short of disconnecting my MB battery, flashing my BIOS, or disconnecting the boot drive. I tried different cables & monitors, disabled FastStart, etc. Nothing.
Finally I changed my refresh rate to 50Hz in the basic Windows Settings panel. I changed my refresh rate from 60Hz (old monitor) to 50Hz. Rebooted, saw the splash screen and was able to enter bios. Then it booted up in advanced startup mode too. I couldn't' find the post, but whoever talked about connecting to their TV making an effective switch to a lower refresh rate, your post was the one that did it for me.
Best of luck to us all!
