Has anyone found a solutoin. I am using an HP desktop and having very similar results as Agile. I am completely unable to access the BIOS usng any method described in this thread.

I don't know if its a bug or this is how windows 11 is, I just can't access my bios nor the advanced startup, if I boot the computer and spam the BIOS MODE (delete key) it just goes into a black screen and nothing happens it just stays black as long as I keep it running same thing happens with trying to go into advanced startup after it restarts same thing happens black screen and nothing else no cursor nothing even the monitor goes into power saving mode.
I checked everything from cables to bios updates and nothing
plus it was completely working on windows 10 I can go to advanced startup no problem BIOS no problem
after updating to windows 11 it just doesn't work at all.
also a note that when I boot the computer or press the power button it stays black for 3-5 seconds and then instantly loads windows I don't see the motherboard logo or the modes I can go to before it starts loading windows.

2023-07-14T13:32:54+00:00 I have solved the problem by using only the 1080p monitor via hdmi cable, and removing the 2k monitor plugged with the display port.

Try entering BIOS at the very first boot of your PC. If you let it boot into Windows, shutdown (no restart), wait for 20-30 seconds and boot it up again.
That's what kind of fixed it for me. Without any other modifications.
I could see the mobo logo and loading screen only at first boot and that got me into thinking.

I turned off both monitor and desktop for 1 min and turned it all back on and was able to see prompt to enter Bios. Didn’t need to do recovery restart through Windows 11
