Had same issue on Win10, switching to a monitor with 60hz helped, also https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/nv-uefi-update-x64/ might help

I don't know if its a bug or this is how windows 11 is, I just can't access my bios nor the advanced startup, if I boot the computer and spam the BIOS MODE (delete key) it just goes into a black screen and nothing happens it just stays black as long as I keep it running same thing happens with trying to go into advanced startup after it restarts same thing happens black screen and nothing else no cursor nothing even the monitor goes into power saving mode.
I checked everything from cables to bios updates and nothing
plus it was completely working on windows 10 I can go to advanced startup no problem BIOS no problem
after updating to windows 11 it just doesn't work at all.
also a note that when I boot the computer or press the power button it stays black for 3-5 seconds and then instantly loads windows I don't see the motherboard logo or the modes I can go to before it starts loading windows.

2023-07-14T13:32:54+00:00 I have solved the problem by using only the 1080p monitor via hdmi cable, and removing the 2k monitor plugged with the display port.

2023-07-10T04:16:22+00:00 Has anyone found a solutoin. I am using an HP desktop and having very similar results as Agile. I am completely unable to access the BIOS usng any method described in this thread.

2023-07-02T23:18:18+00:00 Greg, you're a lifesaver. I had been struggling for days unable to even get to bios without getting blue screened.
Unplugging the other SSD's I had in there allowed me to isolate the drive that was giving me the issue and boot normally without even having to do a windows recovery.

2023-06-11T03:37:36+00:00 A note to the moderator, the black screen means not a single color pixel of the monitor is turned on. And what is responsible for that? The graphics card/cable, of course! So when you see the black screen, you know that you have arrived at the destination, ie the BIOS page, but the graphic card is unable to show it to you.
I searched the internet all day trying to solve the issues. Finally, I saw the suggestion I should reset the BIOS. After I reset the BIOS, I turn the computer on, it booted the BIOS screen, I made the necessary adjustments, and exited the BIOS, the computer then booted to the black screen again, and the motherboard LCD screen returned a '02' code. Google 02 code for the answer, a few on Reddit said there was something to do with a third party graphics card ect.
Mine is a brand new monitor, it comes with an HDMI cable. But I didn't use it, I used my DP cable which had been already plugged into the graphics card. After reading the above comments, all I had to do is plugging the supplied HDMI cable. And voila, after the computer booted into windows in no time.
