MediaTek Wi-Fi 6E MT7922 (RZ616) driver keeps crashing and I get an error message this device cannot start. (code 10). This has been happening pretty often and I have even tried a full factory reset. The issue still persists. I have reinstalled the driver multiple times and still face the issue. The temporary fix is to do a power cycle.

Kindly provide a permanent solution if anyone has one. I am using an Asus ROG Stix G17 (2022) and Windows 11.

    Honestly, if anybody is experiencing issues with their MediaTek WiFi card, I would just recommend swapping it out for an Intel AX210; I never had any issues with Intel's WiFi cards, and are also very inexpensive. It's also like installing an NVMe device.

    After searching forever for an updated driver I finally found one in the microsoft update catalog located here https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=RZ616%20Wi-Fi%206E%20160MHz

    Extract the cab file, then update the driver from Device Manager, and select the folder you extracted the cab file into.

    It solved my problem which was that my Wireless LAN card was not operational. Wi-Fi working again. Yay! Thanks a lot!

    Just do what i did, buy a new intel wifi card, has much better performance.
