MediaTek Wi-Fi 6E MT7922 (RZ616) driver keeps crashing and I get an error message this device cannot start. (code 10). This has been happening pretty often and I have even tried a full factory reset. The issue still persists. I have reinstalled the driver multiple times and still face the issue. The temporary fix is to do a power cycle.

Kindly provide a permanent solution if anyone has one. I am using an Asus ROG Stix G17 (2022) and Windows 11.

    Asus support app will download the latest drivers .. so far post install of these new drivers 3.3.2.662 .. I haven’t encountered any issues.. however I wake up every morning with hunch that today it will not work. I am thinking of replacing the mediatek Wi-Fi card with intel Wi-Fi card .. yeah I will have to spend some more money. This experience has only alienated me against ASUS for not helping and their support being worst of all. It’s better to explore alternatives in you are planning to buy more laptops, atleast uncertainty will not give you nightmares.

    Hello,

    Have this issue too with my Asus Duo 16 2022 gx650rx and its killing me. Ironically, I spent so much money on this machine to have no issues.

    Asus support emailed me to send it to the UK to have it fixed/checked but I can't as I need it for work and gave my other machine.

    Please share a link to these new drivers as I cant see to find them anywhere.

    New driver version has been released ..3.3.2.662 .. install this and check.
